This policy covers the ROLLYJOY iOS app provided by UTHAMAN AMER. Contact us at al_nahdi_sp@hotmail.com.
Photos and local search
With your permission, the app reads your library and available metadata, including dates and locations, to display, search and organize media. Image and text recognition runs on your device. We do not upload your photos, videos or search queries to our servers, AWS or OpenAI. The developer cannot browse your library through the app.
Your choices
You can change full or limited photo access in iPhone Settings. Camera access is used when you choose to take a photo. Editing may save a new image. Deletion changes your actual library after confirmation. Sharing sends selected media to the app or person you choose; shared files may contain metadata.
iCloud and local storage
When you allow iCloud downloads, Apple retrieves media using the account already configured on your device. ROLLYJOY does not ask for your Apple password. Previews, media caches, browsing position and preferences may be stored locally. Removing the app removes its local data, but does not delete your photo library or cancel subscriptions.
Purchases
Apple handles payments. RevenueCat verifies subscription access using purchase records and an app user identifier, and processes technical information needed to provide the service. Photos and videos are not sent to RevenueCat. We do not receive full payment card details. Providers retain purchase records according to their policies and applicable requirements.

Support and privacy requests
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond and resolve your request and retain it as needed for support and applicable obligations. Avoid sending private media. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided. We have no server copy of your photo library to delete. Purchase providers may have separate retention requirements.
This website and updates
We have not added advertising trackers or contact forms to this site. The hosting provider may process routine connection information, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security. Changes to this policy will appear here with an updated date.

الصور والبحث المحلي
بعد إذنك يقرأ التطبيق مكتبتك وبياناتها المتاحة، مثل التاريخ والموقع، لعرض الوسائط والبحث فيها وتنظيمها. التعرف على الصور والنصوص يعمل داخل جهازك. لا نرفع صورك أو فيديوهاتك أو عبارات البحث إلى خوادمنا أو AWS أو OpenAI، ولا يستطيع المطور تصفح مكتبتك من خلال التطبيق.
اختياراتك
يمكنك تغيير الوصول الكامل أو المحدود للصور من إعدادات الآيفون. تُستخدم الكاميرا عندما تختار التصوير. التعديل قد يحفظ صورة جديدة. الحذف يؤثر على المكتبة الفعلية بعد التأكيد. المشاركة ترسل الوسائط إلى التطبيق أو الشخص الذي تختاره، وقد تتضمن الملفات بياناتها الوصفية.
iCloud والتخزين المحلي
إذا سمحت بتنزيل وسائط iCloud، تجلبها Apple باستخدام الحساب المسجل على جهازك. لا يطلب ROLLYJOY كلمة مرور Apple. قد تُحفظ المعاينات والوسائط المؤقتة وموضع التصفح والتفضيلات محليًا. حذف التطبيق يزيل بياناته المحلية، لكنه لا يحذف مكتبة صورك ولا يلغي الاشتراك.
المشتريات
تعالج Apple المدفوعات. تتحقق RevenueCat من الاشتراك باستخدام سجلات الشراء ومعرف مستخدم للتطبيق، وتعالج المعلومات التقنية اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة. لا تُرسل الصور والفيديوهات إليها ولا تصلنا بيانات بطاقتك الكاملة. تحتفظ هذه الجهات بسجلات الشراء وفق سياساتها والمتطلبات المطبقة.

الدعم وطلبات الخصوصية
عندما تراسلنا، نستلم بريدك والمعلومات التي تتضمنها رسالتك ونستخدمها للرد وحل الطلب، ونحتفظ بها بقدر الحاجة للدعم والالتزامات المطبقة. تجنب إرسال صور خاصة. تواصل لطلب الوصول إلى المعلومات التي قدمتها أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. لا نملك نسخة من مكتبة صورك على خادم لحذفها. قد تخضع سجلات الشراء لمتطلبات احتفاظ منفصلة لدى مزودي الخدمة.
الموقع والتحديثات
لم نضف أدوات تتبع إعلاني أو نماذج تواصل إلى الموقع. قد يعالج مزود الاستضافة معلومات الاتصال المعتادة، مثل عنوان IP، لتقديم الموقع وحمايته. تظهر تحديثات السياسة هنا مع تعديل التاريخ.
